Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions before purchasing any wing-mirror.co.uk products on this website. By purchasing wing-mirror.co.uk products on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

 1. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. The Website only sells products to individuals who can purchase with a credit card/debit card. If you are under sixteen (16), you may use the Website only with the express permission and supervision of a parent or counsellor. wing-mirror.co.uk reserves the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its discretion. Through licensed providers such as KeeResources, Reg check, Open Government Licence (OGL) and the Royal Mail PAF we are able to provide accurate and timely information. DLVA search also use additional sources to cross reference and sanitise, using other datasets such as DVLA archives, KeeResources and other open source datasets.

 2. Privacy

 3. Our Contract

When you purchase a product from the Website, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

By placing the order you make an offer to us, which is then accepted and confirmed by sending an Order Confirmation Email. Such acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Order Confirmation Email to you, saying it was released. You are seeking to enter into a contract with wing-mirror.co.uk when you place an order.This contract is legally binding since the order has been accepted and confirmed in the manner described above. 

wing-mirror.co.uk will retain the title to the products until full payment has been received. wing-mirror.co.uk reserves the right to hold any orders prior to shipping for security review. wing-mirror.co.uk only delivers its products to the locations listed on the Website. In the event that an order is placed for a delivery to a location where we do not deliver to, the order will be cancelled and a refund processed.   

 4. Deliveries

Orders placed before 2pm (GMT) on a working day are dispatched the same day. All other purchases are dispatched on the next working day. Items are sent by the Royal Mail. For more information please review Postage and dispatch information page or ask for advice.  

 5. Returns

You can only return the products that have been purchased directly through this Website. We offer 30 days hassle-free Money-Back delivery to give you peace of mind. If you have changed your mind or you are not delighted with the product, you can return it within 30 days to receive full refund of your purchase. Statutory Right to Cancel 

If you are a UK or EU customer, in addition to our Returns or Exchange Procedure, under the Distance Selling Regulations you also have a right to cancel your purchase. Please note we aim to dispatch in 24h Monday-Friday. Cancellation request needs to be sent as soon as possible, before the item is shipped.

 6. Feedback and Complaints Policy

We always aim to provide the best service possible therefore we welcome any comments about our service, so that we can improve what we are doing. Our aim is to deal with any problems efficiently and fairly. If you have any reason to complain about our service and/or the product, please e-mail us. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within seven (7) working days, either resolving the complaint, or with a timescale for resolution.

Unless otherwise stated, dispatch dates are not guaranteed and should not be relied upon. As we process your order, we will inform you by email if any products you order are subsequently found to be unavailable. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the products on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the products or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

When ordering products from the Website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. wing-mirror.co.uk will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control   

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

Your use of the Website, any purchase by you on the Website of any products and these conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and will be deemed to have occurred in England. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

In accordance with the EU Regulation on Consumer Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), the European Commission has established an ODR platform that will allow consumers who have a complaint about a product or service bought from us online to submit the complaint via an online complaint form to a trader based in another EU member state.
